In this role, you will be responsible for executing precise framing, hanging, and finishing tasks across a variety of building projects. Your expertise will help ensure that structures are built to exact specifications, safe, durable, and visually appealing. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from commercial metal building erection to residential remodeling, utilizing your technical skills and craftsmanship to deliver outstanding results. Duties Measure and interpret construction plans, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute framing, drywall installation, and finishing tasks. Install metal studs, framing components, drywall, stucco, siding, and other building materials using hand tools and power tools. Perform concrete forming and rebar installation to support foundation work and structural elements. Execute precise concrete finishing techniques to achieve smooth surfaces and proper curing. Operate heavy equipment as needed for site preparation or material handling while adhering to safety protocols. Read blueprints and technical schematics to ensure all framing and finishing work aligns with project specifications. Conduct heavy lifting safely while managing dimensional measurements for accurate cuts and placements in carpentry or masonry tasks. Assist with roofing, siding, plastering, restoration projects, and remodeling efforts as required. Maintain a clean and organized worksite by properly handling hand tools, power tools, and construction materials. Collaborate with construction management teams to meet project deadlines and quality standards. Qualifications Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on framing, drywall installation, masonry, or finishing trades. Strong knowledge of metal building erection, concrete forming, rebar installation, roofing, siding, plastering, and drywall techniques. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Proficiency with hand tools such as tape measures, levels, saws, hammers; familiarity with power tools is essential. Skilled in interpreting technical drawings and schematics for precise execution of construction plans. Experience operating heavy equipment safely on construction sites. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to framing and finishing tasks. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting regularly while maintaining safety standards. Knowledge of construction management principles is a plus but not required. Strong attention to detail combined with excellent teamwork skills; ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs.
