This traveling, production-based role focuses on identifying and resealing loose or unsealed shingles, completing light roof maintenance and documenting every service. This is not a sales or full-roof replacement position. Responsibilities Travel to assigned residential properties Safely access and inspect asphalt-shingle roofs Identify, mark and document loose or unsealed shingles Apply approved roofing adhesive using the required method Remove roof debris and clean accessible gutters when assigned Observe and report visible concerns involving shingles, valleys, flashing, vents, pipe boots, ridge caps and gutters Capture clear before, during and after photographs Use a service-based field platform to receive assignments, follow scheduled routes and review job information Text homeowners through the platform regarding arrival times, access issues and service updates Upload photographs, notes and completed forms Update job statuses and promptly report delays, safety concerns or incomplete work Maintain a clean work area and communicate professionally with homeowners Follow all ladder, rooftop and fall-protection safety procedures Compensation $200 per successfully completed roof This is production-based compensation, not hourly pay Payment requires completion of the service, photographs and documentation Earnings depend on job availability, weather, travel and production Work volume is not guaranteed Requirements Roofing, roof-maintenance or residential construction experience preferred Knowledge of asphalt shingles and common roof components Comfortable working on pitched roofs and at elevated heights Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and willingness to travel Smartphone with a dependable camera and internet access Able to use a field-service platform for routing, homeowner texts, photographs, forms and job updates Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Physically capable of climbing ladders and carrying necessary equipment Professional appearance and communication Commercial general liability insurance $1,000,000 per occurrence limit.
