This position is designed for an experienced maintenance or construction professional with broad hands-on knowledge who can identify issues in the field, complete miscellaneous repair tasks, communicate effectively, and help keep projects moving without constant supervision. This is not an entry-level labor position.

Responsibilities:

General residential maintenance and repair work Punch list completion and final detail follow-up Light carpentry, drywall, paint, trim, and fixture repairs Material pickups and occasional dump runs Jobsite preparation and miscellaneous field support Monitoring subcontractor progress and reporting deficiencies Taking progress photos and communicating jobsite updates Assisting owner with project continuity when owner is off site

Qualifications:

Legally authorized to work in the United States Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must own basic hand tools Broad general knowledge of residential construction and maintenance Ability to work independently and communicate clearly Dependable, punctual, and professional in occupied homes Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working outdoors as needed
