In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining high-quality gutter systems that protect buildings from water damage. Your hands-on skills and attention to detail will ensure our clients receive durable, efficient, and aesthetically pleasing gutter solutions. Responsibilities Measure and interpret construction plans and technical drawings to determine gutter system specifications. Install various types of gutters including metal, vinyl, or custom-fabricated systems using hand tools and power tools. Ensure proper alignment, slope, and secure fastening of gutters according to schematics and safety standards. Use ladders safely for elevated work while adhering to construction workplace safety regulations and safety protocol adherence. Perform maintenance, repairs, and restoration of existing gutter systems or roofing components such as flashing or trim carpentry. Assist with related tasks such as siding installation, caulking, or masonry work when needed on construction sites. Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment while following proper techniques for outdoor work experience. Requirements Proven construction experience with a focus on roofing repair, siding installation, or related trades such as framing or tile laying. Knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, metal stud framing equipment, and fabrication machinery safely and efficiently. Familiarity with roofing systems including single-ply membrane roofing, metal roofing, stucco applications, or masonry is a plus. Experience working outdoors in various weather conditions with outdoor work experience preferred. Strong understanding of construction safety harnesses, ladder use protocols, and construction site safety regulations. Physical ability for heavy lifting, climbing ladders, working at heights safely with construction safety harnesses. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interpret technical instructions and schematics accurately.
