Responsibilities Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of various roofing systems using hand tools and power tools Prepare job sites by setting up scaffolding, ladders, and safety equipment to ensure a secure working environment Carry out heavy lifting tasks involving materials such as shingles, metal panels, or insulation materials Support framing, trim carpentry, and other related construction activities as needed on-site Use caulking, sealing, and waterproofing techniques to ensure roofing systems are weather-tight Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle Skills Experience working on construction sites with a focus on roofing projects Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various weather conditions Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety protocols and quality standards Join us in building durable roofs that stand the test of time!
