We are looking for reliable people who want steady work, show up on time, work hard, and take pride in building clean, quality structures. Work will include production framing, custom home framing, garages, porches, roof systems, exterior walls, interior walls, sheathing, trusses, and other general framing tasks. We are building a dependable framing crew and are looking for people who can grow with the company. Experience level can vary, but attitude, reliability, and willingness to work matter. Responsibilities Assist with residential and light commercial framing Frame walls, floors, roofs, garages, porches, and covered areas Install sheathing, trusses, blocking, backing, and structural framing components Read tape measures and follow layout instructions Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe Work with the crew to stay on schedule Follow direction from the lead framer or project manager Experienced framers may help read plans, lay out walls, and lead production Requirements Must be reliable and show up on time Must be able to work outdoors in different weather conditions Must be able to lift, carry, climb, and perform physical construction work Basic hand tools preferred Framing experience preferred, but entry-level laborers will be considered Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Ability to work well with a crew No drama, no drugs, no disappearing Pay Pay depends on experience, reliability, production, and ability to lead. Some Experience:
$18-$26/hr
Experienced Framer:
$26-$35/hr Completion bonuses may be available on qualifying projects. Top pay is reserved for applicants who can read plans, lay out walls, lead production, manage small crews, and help keep jobs moving. Additional skills in pole frame buildings, siding, roofing, and concrete beneficial. Own Transportation Is A MUST!!! About Us Idaho Dreams Development LLC is a growing construction company focused on framing, custom homes, and general contracting. We are currently building out a strong in-house framing crew and are expanding future operations to include excavation and foundation support. Yes, applicants with a criminal record may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Hiring decisions will depend on the nature of the offense, how long ago it occurred, whether it is related to the job duties, the applicant's work history, reliability, and ability to safely perform the work. Safety, trustworthiness, attendance, and jobsite conduct are important for this position. We are looking for people who want more than a short-term job. The right employees will have room to grow as the company grows.
Pay:
$17.00 - $35.00 per hour
