The Role We're looking for a skilled, reliable Tradesman to join our crew full-time. You'll work across a variety of residential and commercial projects — carpentry, remodeling, general electrical and plumbing support, and exterior work — delivering the quality craftsmanship our name is built on. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in showing up, following through, and getting the job done right the first time. What You'll Do Perform skilled trade work across our core service areas: decks, fencing, framing, drywall, tile, flooring, painting, siding, windows/doors, and general electrical/plumbing support Work independently or as part of a crew on residential and commercial job sites Read and follow project scopes/estimates to deliver work to spec Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site Communicate job progress and any issues to leadership in a timely manner Represent PURE Home Improvement professionally with clients on-site What We're Looking For Solid hands-on trade experience (carpentry, general contracting, remodeling, or related fields) Comfortable working across multiple trades rather than one narrow specialty Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in quality craftsmanship Ability to take direction, take ownership, and finish what you start Good communication skills with clients and teammates Have a reliable and good condition work truck Willing to use and has a variety of common hand tools & small power tools.
