Full-Time Pay:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour (based on experience) Job Summary We are hiring a TPO and Metal Roofing Installer to join our team. Experience is a plus, but we would be willing to train the right person. This position focuses on high-quality, detail-oriented metal roofing work , including standing seam systems, flashing, trim, coping cap, chimney caps, enhancers, and waterproofing. We are looking for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship and understands that quality matters just as much as efficiency. Responsibilities Install metal roofing systems (standing seam, exposed fastener, etc.) Install TPO roofing systems Perform detailed flashing, trim, and waterproofing work Measure, cut, and install metal panels and components accurately Skilled at trouble shooting and attention to detail is a must Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean job site Work on residential and light commercial roofing projects Qualifications Strong attention to detail and workmanship Ability to read layouts and plan installs effectively Reliable and consistent attendance Clean, valid driver's license required Compensation & Benefits $20-$30/hour depending on experience Paid Time Off (PTO) Benefits package Company truck (based on role/experience) Tools provided Full-time, year round, steady work Preferred (Not Required) Experience with custom metal work or fabrication Clean driving record Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday (occasional overtime possible) Work Location Our day begins and ends at our yard in South Nampa. Most work is located in the Treasure Valley with some travel to surrounding areas such as Valley County.
