Job Description

onsemi is seeking a Planner SR Specialist to work at our Nampa, Idaho site. The individual will have responsibility for ensuring plan readiness for the Probe manufacturing team. Must provide knowledge, influence, and hands-on engagement to create a plan that meets the needs of engineering and is executable by the production team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement plan excellence, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Be familiar with Probe engineering debugs, warboard, and other engineering requests Must have above-average knowledge of Excel Ability to influence the organization Be familiar with the corporate planning system Be familiar with The NPI Playbook Must be capable of translating objectives and needs into deliverable goals Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Change agent, always looking to make continuous improvements to the process
Performance Objectives:
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to: Drive operational excellence and best practices Improve on-time delivery Improve factory utilization and lead time to completion Develop inventory management processes for engineering wafers Implement best practices across all shifts Partner with Product Engineering, Test Development, Probe Manufacturing Engineering, and Planning teams to develop and implement best practices for NPI, PE, and TE wafer planning Create and maintain metrics and monitors to measure performance levels and accuracy of: inputs by engineering teams, outputs by planner, tool utilization, and execution by production team Must deliver an executable plan to the production team
