Responsibilities Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofing systems using hand tools and power tools Prepare job sites by setting up ladders, and safety equipment to ensure secure working conditions Carry materials such as shingles, metal panels, or insulation to roof surfaces safely and efficiently Support the application of roofing materials including membrane, asphalt, or metal using proper techniques Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with OSHA standards Perform heavy lifting tasks and physical labor necessary for roofing projects while maintaining proper ergonomics Requirements Prior construction site experience or hands-on work with hand tools and power tools preferred Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks throughout the workday Familiarity with roofing materials, installation techniques, or related trades is a plus Strong work ethic with attention to safety procedures and quality standards Willingness to learn new skills related to roofing Valid driver's license is mandatory This energetic role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to build a career in construction while contributing to projects that stand the test of time.
