Job Description
Job Summary We are looking for energetic, reliable Roofers and Laborers to join our already-pretty-awesome crew—emphasis on reliable —because while an absolute necessity, it is also a rarity. In this role, you will help tackle roofing projects and handle various labor task, all while keeping jobsites safe, clean, and not looking like a tornado just hit a Home Depot. Whether you have been roofing for years or are brand new and just know which end of a hammer to hold, we will help you build real skills in roofing. You will work outside, get paid for it, and be home by dinner brimming with accomplishment. Responsibilities
- Help install, repair, and maintain roofing systems - comp, metal, and whatever else North Idaho throws at us.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and correctly. If you treat tools like toys, this is not the job for you.
- Lift heavy things, carry heavy things, and keep crying to a respectable minimum.
- Climb a ladder without throwing up.
- Follow safety rules like your paycheck depends on it - because it does.
- Keep the jobsite clean and organized. If you leave trash everywhere, we will notice. Immediately. Required
- Ability to lift 50-80 lbs repeatedly
- Comfortable working at heights and on sloped surfaces (we do understand there's an adjustment period)
- Reliable transportation
- Must be 18 or older
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
