The Role As an Installer, you will perform the hands-on labor required to keep homes dry and safe. You will work in a team environment to install waterproofing systems, sump pumps, and structural supports. Key Duties Install basement and crawl space waterproofing systems.

General construction labor:

digging, trenching, and site cleanup. Use hand/power tools and small equipment (e.g., jackhammers). Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site.

What We're Looking For Hardworking:

Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and perform physically demanding labor.

Versatile:

Comfortable working in confined spaces (crawl spaces) and varying weather.

Reliable:

Punctual with a valid driver's license.
