We opened a year ago and are looking to expand our team in 2026. We offer incentive based pay, training, bonuses and health insurance. This is an experienced position, and the ideal candidate will have at least 4+ years of skilled gutter and/or exterior construction experience. Experience running a truck and job site is required. A positive attitude is a must, as well as the ability to properly and comfortably interact with clients and other employees. You will be trained for leadership in the field and to grow this business with us. Compensation structure is 9-12% of the truck's revenue each week depending on experience. What we're looking for: 4+ years' experience in gutter installation including both K-style & half round gutters Desire to grow with the company Team player with a positive attitude and sense of humor Excellent communication skills Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions/seasons Willingness to work overtime Desire to establish a positive work culture Interest and ability in training and mentoring junior employees OSHA certification and/or ladder safety training preferred

Minimum Requirements:
