We specialize in coating systems and single-ply membranes (PVC, TPO & EPDM) and work with long-term focused building owners and management teams to ensure we provide consistent, high-quality work.

Job Description:

Looking for an experienced technician to join our team and assist on our installation and repair projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial roofing, excellent problem-solving skills, and be attentive to details. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced roofer to join a growing company and take their career to the next level

Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain commercial flat roofing systems including PVC, TPO, and EPDM membranes. Coating experience is a benefit. Execute proper surface preparation, field and flashing installation, and seaming per manufacturer specifications Follow instructions provided by foreman Communicate job status, material needs, and site conditions clearly with fellow crew members Operate and maintain roofing equipment and tools safely and efficiently Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations, fall protection protocols, and company safety standards

Qualifications:

0-5 years of commercial roofing experience English required - Bilingual English/Spanish a plus Must be able to carry 50 lbs Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Comfortable working at heights and climbing ladders Military service a plus
