Job Description

Job Summary:
Responsible for the professional installation, replacement, and repair of exterior siding systems according to project specifications, manufacturer requirements, and applicable building codes. The subcontractor provides the labor, supervision, tools, and equipment necessary to complete assigned siding projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of workmanship. •Must be able to work in Maryland, DC and Virginia as needed•
Responsibilities:
Install vinyl, fiber cement, engineered wood, aluminum, or other siding products. Follow manufacturer installation specifications and project plans. Maintain proper alignment, spacing, flashing, and weatherproofing. Protect windows, doors, landscaping, roofs, and other property during installation Perform punch-list and warranty work as needed. Maintain a clean and organized job site. Supply qualified labor, tools, ladders, scaffolding, and other equipment necessary to perform the work, as agreed upon in the subcontract.
Qualifications:
Proven experience installing residential or commercial siding. Ability to read measurements, plans, and installation instructions. Knowledge of proper flashing and moisture-management techniques. Ability to work safely from ladders and elevated surfaces. Reliable transportation and necessary tools/equipment. Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship. Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines. Must be able to speak and understand English sufficiently to communicate with supervisors, customers, and other trades and to understand safety and installation instructions. Ability to communicate job-site issues, material needs, schedule concerns, and change orders clearly and promptly. Valid business license, insurance, and workers' compensation coverage as required by the contract and applicable law. Compensation Commensurate on
