Duties Perform glass installation for windows and doors, ensuring proper fitting and sealing. Execute restoration projects, including the repair and enhancement of existing structures. Conduct electrical work as needed, including wiring and fixture installation. Manage construction tasks related to plastering, painting, and finishing touches on renovated areas. Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently on construction sites. Utilize hand tools effectively for various renovation tasks. Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors to ensure project timelines are met. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Requirements Proven experience in renovation or construction management is preferred. Proficiency in glass installation techniques. Familiarity with electrical systems and basic repairs. Strong skills in plastering, painting, and general construction tasks. Experience operating heavy equipment is a plus. Ability to work effectively with hand tools and power tools. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
