Prepare work sites by clearing debris, setting up ladders, scaffolding, and safety barriers to facilitate smooth installation processes. Cut, shape, and fabricate gutter components using hand tools and power tools to meet project specifications. Install gutters securely on various building types, ensuring proper slope for effective water runoff and leak prevention. Seal joints with caulking and perform finishing touches such as trimming and securing brackets for a clean, professional appearance. Conduct inspections throughout the project to verify adherence to blueprints, schematics, and safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks efficiently and complete projects within designated timelines. Requirements Proven experience in construction or roofing installation, with familiarity in working on construction sites using hand tools and power tools. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings related to gutter systems or similar construction elements. Knowledge of construction safety practices, including proper use of ladders, scaffolding, heavy equipment operation, and personal protective equipment (PPE). Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to site conditions or unforeseen challenges. Experience with fabrication techniques such as cutting, shaping, or welding is a plus.
