Job Description

McBride Homes is seeking a Construction Assistant to join our team for an upcoming community in the St. Genevieve and Farmington, MO areas. McBride is Missouri's largest home builder and is an industry leader in residential new home construction. Salary Range:

$25.00 - $35.00/hr. depending on experience

Responsibilities:

Managing schedules for various trades Performing quality checks Assisting with final punch list completion Loading/unloading truck and hauling/hoisting materials Maintaining and securing job sites to eliminate potential hazards

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent; Vocational school or trade experience a plus Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record 2 or more years of experience working on a job site Experience with various construction tasks and assisting with final punch list completion preferred Ability to lift items 50-100 lbs. on a regular basis Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather Must have strong work ethic, be punctual and reliable McBride Homes is an equal opportunity employer.
