This is a 1099 subcontractor position paid per completed job. Most projects are completed in 1 to 3 days. We are looking for dependable installers who are skilled in carpentry, trim carpentry, basic plumbing, and general remodeling. Steady work available for reliable, quality-focused installers.

Pay:

Paid per job (1099 subcontractor) Typical earnings: $700 to $1,500 for standard shower installs (1 to 3 days) Larger full bathroom remodels: $2,100 to $2,500 per project Consistent installers average $300 or more per day depending on efficiency and project type

Responsibilities:

Complete bathroom demolition and installation Follow installation standards and project timelines Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with homeowners Protect the customer's home and leave the work area clean Take before and after photos and complete required job paperwork Keep your work vehicle stocked with tools and installation materials

Requirements:

Must carry general liability and workers comp insurance Minimum 2 years of experience in remodeling, carpentry, or bathroom installation Ability to take accurate measurements using a tape measure, level, and combination square Must own and be able to use necessary tools including power tools, drills, and saws Valid driver's license (18+) with reliable transportation and insurance Basic plumbing knowledge (installing fixtures, valves, troubleshooting leaks) Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 100 lbs Experience with acrylic bath systems preferred

Training & Advancement:

Top-performing installers may be selected for advanced manufacturer training to become a Certified Master Installer. This is a 3-day, company-paid training (travel, lodging, and training covered). Selection is based on workmanship, reliability, and overall fit after initial projects.
