Responsibilities Measure, cut, and install various types of gutters including metal and vinyl, ensuring precise fit and secure attachment Interpret construction plans, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute installation projects Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and scaffolding safely to access work areas at different heights Follow all construction safety regulations and safety protocol adherence, including proper use of safety harnesses and ladder use techniques Perform maintenance and repair work on existing gutter systems, including sealing leaks and replacing damaged sections Coordinate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high quality standards Assist with related tasks such as siding installation, roofing repair, or framing as needed on job sites Experience Proven construction experience with outdoor work environments preferred Familiarity with roofing systems such as single-ply membrane roofing or metal roofing is advantageous Knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting, caulking, drywall installation, masonry or welding is a plus Understanding of construction workplace safety regulations including the proper use of safety harnesses and ladder safety practices Prior experience in siding installation, stucco application or restoration projects is beneficial Ability to interpret technical plans and schematics accurately to ensure precise project execution We are looking for motivated individuals who are eager to develop their skills in construction while delivering exceptional results.
