We are looking for a dependable Waterproofing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on construction experience, takes pride in quality workmanship, and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a crew. Experience is preferred, but not required, as we are willing to train the right candidate. Responsibilities Install and repair waterproofing systems on residential and commercial properties Apply waterproofing coatings, membranes, sealants, and related materials Identify and address water intrusion, leaks, and moisture issues Prepare surfaces and job sites for waterproofing applications Follow project specifications, safety procedures, and manufacturer guidelines Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work area Communicate professionally with customers, supervisors, and team members Complete projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards Qualifications Previous waterproofing, roofing, concrete, masonry, or general construction experience preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions Ability to lift materials and perform physically demanding tasks Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Willingness to learn new techniques and products

Pay:

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 per week
