The company performs a wide range of work including commercial construction, site development, concrete, framing, utilities, road construction, demolition, and project management. Dofine is committed to delivering quality workmanship, maintaining safe and productive job sites, and completing projects on schedule through an experienced and dedicated management and field team. Most of our projects are in the Las Vegas Area. We are looking for an experienced Steel Stud Framer to join our construction team. We are seeking someone who can work independently, understands commercial construction, and is comfortable laying out and framing from construction drawings. This is not an entry-level position ; applicants should have previous hands-on experience with metal stud framing. The wage range for this position is $68.00 to $75.00 per year. Many of our opportunities include Davis Bacon pay/wages which are Increased Government Pay/Wages but may require you to manage workers and work out of town. All travel expenses are company paid. Responsibilities & Qualifications Layout and install steel/metal stud wall systems Install track, studs, headers, backing, blocking, and related framing components Frame interior and exterior walls, door and window openings, soffits, and ceilings as required Accurately read and work from construction plans, dimensions, and details Use lasers, levels, tape measures, and standard framing tools accurately Cut and fasten metal framing efficiently and correctly Coordinate framing with doors, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other trades Identify conflicts or discrepancies in the plans before they become field problems Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas Work productively both independently and as part of a crew Must be dependable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent work schedule Previous commercial steel stud framing experience required Must have reliable transportation Ability to lift and carry construction materials and perform physical construction work throughout the workday What We're Looking For We want someone who knows the trade and takes pride in their work . Attention to detail, productivity, reliability, and the ability to work well with other trades are important.
