About the Role As an Entry-Level Shed Builder, you will help construct high-quality sheds and outdoor structures from the ground up. You will learn how to safely use construction tools, read measurements, assemble building components, and complete each structure according to Kauffman Building's quality standards. This is an active, hands-on position for someone who wants to learn a skilled trade while contributing to real projects every day. What You Will Learn and Do Assist with the construction of sheds and outdoor structures Measure, cut, assemble, and install building components Help frame floors, walls, and roof systems Assist with installing siding, roofing, trim, doors, and windows Safely operate power and pneumatic tools after receiving proper training Learn to read construction drawings, measurements, and specifications Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Inspect your work and make corrections when needed Follow instructions and communicate clearly with experienced builders Support team members and contribute wherever help is needed Participate in ongoing training and skill development Who We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is ready to learn and willing to put in the effort required to become a skilled builder.
