There are about two months of work left before we're essentially done. How does $45 sound? If you can actually demonstrate that you're one of the best shinglers in Buffalo, I'll pay you like one of the best. This is full-time, on-site work in Buffalo. If you can lead—really run a crew—I'll bring you back next year and pay as much as $55. I need someone with at least three seasons of experience on sloped roofs. You should be able to handle the work without being walked through it, supervise safety in different situations and set the right example for the new kid. Responsibilities

• Complete the roof work by running shingles, bending metal and flashing chimneys, walls, skylights and penetrations.
• Set up and supervise safety in a variety of situations.
• Set up and run the equipment and vehicles needed for the work.
• Keep the job site clean and safe while maintaining consistent attendance.
• Mentor the new folks and set an example on the job. Qualification
