Responsibilities Interpret construction plans, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate pool and hardscape installations. Construct and install pools, including excavation, framing, plumbing, electrical wiring, and finishing work using hand tools and power tools. Manage hardscaping projects such as patio paving, retaining walls, decking, and landscaping features like fire pits or outdoor kitchens. Operate heavy equipment safely for excavation and site preparation tasks. Install glass panels, flooring, trim carpentry elements, and other building materials with precision. Ensure all work complies with safety protocols, building codes, and project timelines. Collaborate with project managers to review construction plans and provide accurate estimates for materials and labor. Requirements Proven experience in construction, remodeling, or hardscaping projects with a focus on outdoor environments. Strong knowledge of building construction techniques including plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry (including trim carpentry), and material installation. Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings and construction plans accurately. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively. Experience with glass installation, flooring installation, window installation, and other building material applications. Knowledge of safety protocols relevant to construction sites to maintain a secure work environment. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining high-quality standards. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and project stakeholders.
