ROOFING LABORER

Crown Construction has proudly served Central NY homeowners for over 40 years with integrity, craftsmanship, and dependable service. We are looking to add a skilled, hardworking Roofer to our team. Responsibilities Install, repair, and replace asphalt shingles residential roofing systems Assist with tear‑offs, underlayment, flashing, and finishing work Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized job site Work efficiently as part of a team to complete projects on schedule Communicate clearly with crew leaders and follow instructions Load/unload materials and operate basic roofing tools and equipment Expertise with GAF roofing systems Well-developed people skills Strong and proficient organizational abilities Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must be a self-starter and able to work within a team environment Qualifications 5+ years of roofing experience preferred Familiarity with GAF roofing systems is a plus Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic and reliability Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to perform physically demanding tasks Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required
