Hardscape Installer Location:

Honeoye Falls, NY Travel:

Local and regional travel to job sites; crews are home each night.

Schedule:

7:00 AM Monday - Friday with overtime as needed. No Saturday work required. Snow operations opportunities are also available.

Pay:

$24.00 - $30.00/hour depending on experience.

Education:

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Experience:

Experience in hardscape installation, excavation, site work, landscape construction, or related construction trades. Experience operating skid steers and mini excavators is required.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

The Hardscape Installer is responsible for building high-quality outdoor living spaces while working closely with the Team Lead to complete projects safely, efficiently, and with exceptional craftsmanship.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Install paver patios, walkways, retaining walls, steps, edging, and other hardscape features.
• Perform excavation, grading, elevation layout, and proper base preparation.
• Read elevations, grades, and construction layouts.
• Operate skid steers, mini excavators, compactors, and other equipment safely.
• Install drainage systems and move materials as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized job site.
• Perform daily equipment inspections.
• Work with the crew to meet production goals while maintaining quality.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

• 2+ years of experience in hardscape installation, excavation, site work, landscape construction, or related construction trades.
• Strong understanding of grading, elevations, and base preparation.
• Experience operating skid steers and mini excavators.
• Ability to read construction drawings and layouts.
• Valid driver's license. Preferred
• Techo-Bloc or similar wall systems.
• Natural stone/bluestone experience.
• Drainage installation.
• OSHA training.
• ICPI certification.
• CDL A or
