Job Description
Job Summary:
Jay Bee Contracting is seeking a skilled Installation Technician to join our installation team. This position focuses on installing acrylic bath and shower systems and completing residential bathroom and kitchen remodeling projects. The ideal candidate has some remodeling and carpentry experience, is interested in learning, and takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship. Responsibilities Work with the project lead to learn the proper installation of materials and products in residential homes and complete projects on time Measure, cut, and install materials accurately Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites Follow company installation standards and procedures Communicate professionally with homeowners during projects Transport materials to and from projects in a company vehiclePreferred Skills :

- Good communication skills are essential.

- Must maintain a professional appearance, dress, grooming at all times.
- Must be extremely organized and detail-oriented.
- Must be proficient at measuring and cutting accurately.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical and 50 state background check.
- Must have a reliable vehicle, driver's license, and a good driving record.
- Must keep and maintain in good condition all tools, equipment, and company vans.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
- Must be able to lift, reach, bend, stoop, and safely lift and easily maneuver items frequently weighing up to 100 pounds.
- Maintain company installation records and paperwork correctly and accurately for job files.
