As a Solar Panel Installer, you will be responsible for acting as the subject matter expert of solar installations on residential homes. Most of your work as a Solar Panel Installer will be outdoors and at height. 2+ years of working at heights including on rooftops, climbing ladders and stairs, and performing repetitious duties such as lifting, bending, and standing for long periods of time Ability to lift 25- 50 pounds of weight frequently throughout assigned workday Ability to safely handle technical equipment and tools used for installation Mapping out the roof to determine where panels should be installed Responsible for drilling clean holes into the rafters to prepare for lag bolts Ensuring you and the team adheres to strict health and safety guidelines Interfacing with clients to make sure they understand the scope of work Communicating updates and job completion to Project Coordinators and other company
