Roofing company in the Fairfield, OH area is looking for an experienced roofer.

Key Responsibilities:

Install new roofing systems according to specifications and safety standards. Remove old roofing materials and prepare surfaces for new installations. Repair leaks, damaged shingles, flashing, and other roofing components. Measure roofs and calculate material requirements. Install insulation, vapor barriers, and waterproofing materials. Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Inspect roofs for damage and identify necessary repairs. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow OSHA regulations and company safety procedures. Work collaboratively with crew members, supervisors, and contractors.

Qualifications:

Previous roofing or construction experience preferred. Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions. Knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety practices. Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and perform strenuous labor. Ability to read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and specifications. Reliable transportation and strong attendance record.

Physical Requirements:

Frequent climbing, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50-65 pounds. Ability to work on ladders, scaffolding, and elevated surfaces for extended periods. Tolerance for outdoor work in hot, cold, and wet conditions.
