We're looking to expand our team with both experienced installers and motivated entry-level laborers who are ready to learn and grow in the trade.

Position Overview:

We are hiring for two types of roles: Skilled Installers (experienced in siding, roofing, and exterior work) General Laborers (entry-level, no experience required, willing to train)

Responsibilities:

Install and repair siding, flat roofs, metal roofing systems, and gutters Perform general exterior repairs and maintenance Load/unload materials and maintain a clean, safe job site Follow project plans and supervisor instructions Work safely at heights and in varying weather conditions Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

Qualifications:

For Skilled Installers:

Previous experience in siding, roofing (flat or metal), gutters, or exterior construction Ability to read measurements and use hand/power tools Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred

For Laborers:

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, climbing, standing for long periods) Punctual and dependable Construction experience is a plus, but not required
