Job Description The Field Technician - Luxury Residential will: Perform routine and emergency maintenance at luxury residential properties. Conduct detailed property walkthroughs and identify maintenance needs. Diagnose issues and recommend preventative maintenance solutions. Complete a wide variety of home repairs and improvement projects. Perform finish carpentry work including door and window installation. Assist with millwork installations and repairs. Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively. Partner closely with property managers to maintain excpetional client satisfaction. The Successful Applicant A successful Field Technician - Luxury Residential should have: Background in finish carpentry required. Strong residential maintenance and home repair experience. Knowledge of carpentry techniques and residential construction practices. Ability to use hand tools and power tools proficiently. Understanding of millwork installation techniques. Familiarity with Procore preferred. Must live on Nantucket or be willing to relocate. Ability to participate in a 24/7 rotating on-call schedule.
