Duties Install new roofing systems using various materials such as asphalt shingles, metal panels, tiles, or membrane roofing. Repair and replace damaged or aging roofs to extend their lifespan and improve safety. Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and scaffolding safely to perform roofing tasks efficiently. Conduct inspections of roofs during and after installation to verify quality and adherence to safety standards. Apply caulking, sealants, and waterproofing materials to prevent leaks and water intrusion. Coordinate with other trades such as carpentry, masonry, plumbing, electrical work, and restoration teams for seamless project execution. Experience Proven experience in roofing installation and repair on various types of buildings. Familiarity with construction management practices including site safety protocols and project coordination. Skilled in construction estimating techniques to assess material needs and project timelines. Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools. Background in related trades such as carpentry (frame carpentry, trim carpentry), masonry (concrete forming), or restoration is a plus. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards at all times. Join our team today!
