Lock In a Steady, Year-Round Maintenance Schedule Are you a steady, detail-oriented worker who's tired of inconsistent work or pay and wants a consistent schedule you can count on? Do you take pride in finishing a roof repair the right way, following the process, and leaving a homeowner confident in what you did? If you work best independently, stay calm under pressure, and keep projects moving without excuses, this role will fit.
YOU'LL BE
Working on residential roofs doing repairs, cleaning, treating, and ongoing roof maintenance that's scheduled and planned, not random scramble work. Handling a variety of roof types and conditions, evaluating what you see, then executing the right fix so the roof performs and the customer stays protected. Operating as a key part of the production team, sometimes independently and sometimes with a small crew, with safety and quality driving every decision.
YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO
Own your day and your results, with the autonomy to prioritize tasks and manage responsibilities while still working inside a clear, established system. Build mastery through project and safety training, then level up your responsibility as your consistency and judgment prove out in the field. Create real customer impact by doing work that holds up, finishing on time and on budget, and protecting long-term homeowner relationships.
YOU'LL HAVE
High standards for quality, safety, and follow-through, because residential roof work punishes shortcuts. You're dependable, organized, and self-motivated enough to stay productive without being micromanaged, while still communicating clearly with the team and homeowners.
Required traits and work style:
A hard-working, detail-oriented approach and a basic understanding of construction A customer-focused mindset and the ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment The discipline to follow established processes every time Comfort working in a structured and consistent operation that still moves fast, with lots of autonomy and regular client-facing interaction
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Work on all types of roofing to complete scheduled repairs Replace roofing components Clean and apply roofing treatments Operate and maintain vehicles Follow all company safety standards
WHAT YOU BRING
Comfort working on roofs and climbing ladders safely Enjoy working outdoors in all types of weather Roofing experience preferred, but not required if you learn fast and take direction well Valid Driver's License Confident using hand tools and handling materials on a jobsite Strong multitasking ability without sacrificing quality A work style that fits independent field work: you stay focused, communicate clearly, and finish what you start
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
You consistently prioritize tasks and manage responsibilities to keep projects moving efficiently. You evaluate each project correctly, then execute the right solution to finish on time and on budget. You follow established processes, especially around safety, job documentation, and jobsite standards. You show up prepared, communicate early, and do not leave loose ends for someone else to clean up. If you need to be chased for punctuality, cut corners, or blame tools, weather, or people for missed outcomes, do not apply.
