Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Roofer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofing systems on a variety of building projects. Your expertise will ensure the durability, safety, and aesthetic appeal of roofs across diverse construction sites. Responsibilities Install, repair, and replace roofing materials including shingles, metal panels, tiles, stucco, and other building materials in accordance with project specifications and safety standards Utilize hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and specialized roofing equipment to complete tasks efficiently and safely Conduct inspections of roofing systems during and after installation to ensure quality control and adherence to safety protocols Coordinate with other trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and masonry teams to facilitate seamless project progress Manage outdoor work environments effectively while maintaining safety protocol adherence at all times Assist with the installation of windows, doors, trim carpentry, caulking, plastering, tile laying, hardscape features, and other building components as needed Qualifications Proven construction experience with a focus on roofing or related building construction projects Strong knowledge of building material installation including shingles, metal roofing, stucco, tile, masonry, and trim carpentry Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings and construction plans Experience operating power tools, hand tools, heavy equipment, and scaffolding safely on outdoor sites Knowledge of safety protocols specific to roofing and outdoor construction environments Ability to work effectively in outdoor conditions across construction projects Additional skills such as electrical experience, plumbing knowledge, window installation expertise or remodeling experience are highly desirable Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple trades and interpret technical instructions Join our team today to build exceptional roofs that stand the test of time!
