This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse construction projects in commercial properties throughout the DFW. Must have a valid Tx drivers license. Bilingual is a plus. Candidate will enter through staffing agency during 30 day probationary period. Responsibilities Perform building material installation including drywall, tape and bed, match existing textures, caulking, painting, and trim carpentry. Collaborate with project managers on construction management tasks such as estimating costs and scheduling work phases and completing Daily Field Reports Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols during outdoor work and indoor projects. Ability to work well with others Skills experience with building construction, remodeling, and hardscaping projects. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment for various trades tasks. Familiarity with construction management practices including estimating costs and managing timelines is a plus. Experience with construction inspection processes to ensure quality control on-site. Knowledge of safety protocols relevant to construction sites and outdoor work environments. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs. Ability to work 60+ hours per week.
