Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Roofing Lead Service Technician and Roofing Service Technician to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established company in the roofing industry. The ideal candidates will have an eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety.

Lead Service Technician Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on residential and commercial roofs
• Repair leaks, replace damaged shingles, and seal joints
• Clean gutters and ensure proper water flow and drainage
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Ensure all work meets company standards and complies with safety regulations
• Maintain accurate records of services performed
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Work independently or as part of a crew, depending on the project

Service Technician Responsibilities:

• Assist the Lead Service Technician with repairs and maintenance tasks
• Carry materials and tools to the worksite
• Assist with cleaning and preparing job sites
• Hold ladders and provide support during roofing tasks
• Follow safety guidelines and work under supervision

Requirements:

Lead Service Technician:

• Previous experience in roofing or construction
• Strong understanding of Commercial AND Residential roofing structure and repairs
• Ability to work at heights and on uneven surfaces
• Ability to lift heavy materials and tools
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• OSHA certification is a plus

Service Technician:

• No experience required, but previous work in construction or roofing is a plus
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
• Safety-conscious and detail-oriented
