This role is focused on building, not maintenance. You'll work on custom outdoor living spaces including patios, walkways, retaining walls, pergolas, and full landscape installations. This is a hands-on position for individuals who enjoy construction-style work, problem solving on-site, and seeing a project through from start to finish. Responsibilities Assist in the installation of outdoor living projects including patios, walkways, retaining walls, pergolas, decks, and other structural features Perform site preparation including grading, excavation, material handling, and base prep Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment such as skid steers or excavators Install materials such as pavers, stone, concrete, wood, and other structural components with precision Work from plans, layouts, and direction from project leads to ensure accurate execution Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site throughout the project Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard Requirements Experience with construction, landscaping installation, or outdoor living projects preferred Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and basic construction equipment Familiarity with hardscape installation such as pavers, retaining walls, or concrete work is a strong plus Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to learn on the job Spanish is a huge plus We're looking for individuals who take pride in building and want to grow their skills in outdoor construction.
