We are looking for a dependable, experienced Remodeling Laborer to join our team. This is hands-on residential remodeling work. We're looking for someone who shows up on time, works hard, and takes pride in quality craftsmanship. Not only are we looking for skill but good character, we respect our time on this earth and enjoy the work we do. We respect our clients, and each other and look to provide a reliable income to a quality individual for a career, not just a job. Responsibilities Assist with residential remodeling projects Demolition, framing, drywall, trim, flooring, tile, and general carpentry Load/unload materials and maintain a clean job site Follow direction and complete tasks efficiently Travel to various job sites as needed Requirements Previous remodeling or construction experience required Reliable transportation Basic hand and power tools Ability to lift 50+ lbs Strong work ethic and reliability Willingness to travel within Corpus Christi and surrounding areas Preferred Qualifications Experience with finish carpentry Tile or flooring installation experience Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Pay & Schedule Starting at $18/hour (Depending on Experience) Opportunities for raises based on performance Monday-Friday (some variation depending on project needs) Why Work With Us Steady work Growing company Hands-on experience in multiple trades Performance-based advancement opportunities
