In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various roofing systems on residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. Your expertise will ensure that roofs are durable, weather-resistant, and meet all safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors on diverse projects, utilizing your craftsmanship and technical knowledge to deliver high-quality results that protect and enhance our clients' properties. Responsibilities Install new roofing systems including metal roofing, single-ply membrane roofing, and tile roofing according to project specifications and safety protocols Conduct repairs on damaged roofs, ensuring proper sealing and weatherproofing to extend roof lifespan Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to accurately execute roofing projects Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to cut, shape, and install roofing materials Perform siding installation, stucco application, and trim carpentry as needed for comprehensive exterior renovations Adhere strictly to construction safety regulations including the use of safety harnesses, ladder use protocols, and heavy lifting techniques Assist with remodeling projects requiring metal stud framing, concrete forming, or handyman skills as part of integrated construction efforts Skills Extensive construction estimating experience for accurate project planning and resource allocation Proficiency in roofing repair techniques for various materials including metal roofing and single-ply membranes Strong knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment at all times Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprint reading for precise project execution Experience with outdoor work environments, including ladder use and heavy lifting in varying weather conditions Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment for roofing and siding installation Familiarity with construction safety harnesses and adherence to safety protocol standards during high-elevation work Background in remodeling, tile laying, stucco application, or handyman tasks is a plus for versatile project support Capable of interpreting technical specifications related to metal roofing systems and single-ply membrane installations Strong teamwork skills with a focus on safety protocol adherence during all phases of construction projects Join us if you're passionate about craftsmanship, committed to safety excellence, and eager to contribute your expertise to innovative roofing solutions!
