The company specializes in seamless gutter installation, repair, and maintenance to help protect residential and commercial properties from water damage. Drain Right Seamless Gutters is committed to reliable workmanship, durable materials, and responsive customer service. Role Description The Gutter Installer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Rowlett, TX. In this role, the installer measures roof lines, cuts and assembles seamless gutters, and securely installs gutter systems, downspouts, leaf screens, and related components on residential and commercial buildings. Day-to-day tasks include loading and unloading materials, operating hand and power tools, safely working from ladders and elevated surfaces, and ensuring installations meet company quality and safety standards. The installer interacts professionally with customers on job sites, maintains a clean and organized work area, and supports the crew with setup, teardown, and basic maintenance of equipment. The role may also involve assisting with inspections, minor repairs, and adjustments to existing gutter systems as needed. Qualifications Ability to work safely at heights using ladders and other equipment, with good balance, physical stamina, and manual dexterity. Basic construction or carpentry skills, including measuring, cutting, and using hand and power tools for installations. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, ensuring accurate measurements, clean installs, and proper water flow. Reliable work habits, including punctuality, dependable attendance, and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Effective communication and teamwork skills for coordinating with crew members and interacting respectfully with customers. Valid driver's license and safe driving record; ability to travel to job sites in and around Rowlett, TX. (Crew vehicle provided) Willingness to learn company installation standards, safety procedures, and best practices; prior gutter or roofing experience is a must. 2-5 years of gutter crew experience preferred, or comparable experience in construction, roofing, or exterior home improvement trades. Paid training starts at $18/hr and moves to a commission-based system after training evaluation(Aprox. 2-4 weeks).
