Construction experience in concrete, plumbing, or carpentry is required. Our projects involve tasks in multiple trades, so we will teach to fill in the gaps, with the expectation that the person learns quickly and is able to retain and run with it. Responsibilities:
Assist in the installation of rainwater collection systems, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials. Work alongside experienced technicians to ensure installations and construction projects are completed safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old. Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Comfortable working at heights and able to work on extension ladders as required for installation tasks. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Ability to work well in a team environment. Pass a drug screening and background check. Must have a valid driver's license and your own reliable vehicle. Willing and able to travel to jobsites located approximately 40-60 minutes north of San Antonio as needed for project assignments. Hands-on experience in at least one of the following trades is required: carpentry, plumbing, or slab-on-grade concrete. This role is not a good fit for someone who : does not have reliable transportation, doesn't want to drive more than 45 minutes to work, struggles with being on time, has a low heat tolerance, shies away from hard manual labor like trenching or using a jack hammer, wants to accumulate overtime, doesn't know how to use a measuring tape, or can't lift 80 lb bags of concrete.
