Stockbridge Commercial is a licensed and insured general contractor based in Orem, Utah, serving clients across Utah County and Salt Lake County. Our work spans building repairs and maintenance, and tenant improvements/remodels in commercial and residential spaces. Job Overview We're looking for a versatile, hands-on Lead Multi-Trade Technician who can show up to a job site, understand the scope, and get to work with minimal supervision. You'll handle a variety of trade work across our commercial and residential projects — from basic repairs and maintenance to remodel and TI work. This is a great opportunity for a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in doing quality work across multiple disciplines and wants to grow with a company that values craftsmanship and loyalty. Responsibilities Perform hands-on trade work, including demolition, rough and finish carpentry, drywall repairs, painting, flooring, tile, concrete, masonry, building/property inspections, and general repairs Work independently on commercial and residential job sites with clear scope direction Step into a site-lead role and direct work when paired with other team members Communicate job status, material needs, and site issues directly to management. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times Support recurring maintenance and repair work for commercial property clients Assist with material pickups, staging, and site prep as needed Requirements 5+ years of hands-on construction or trade experience Proficiency working across multiple trades, and eager to learn more skills Comprehensive understanding of building systems: HVAC, plumbing, electrical Able to work independently and manage your own time on a job site Honest, reliable, professional, and takes pride in quality finished work Valid Utah driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 80+ lbs and perform physical work in varying conditions Great communicator and a professional attitude with clients and ownership
