This role involves collaborating on various trades to deliver high-quality craftsmanship in a timely manner. Ideal candidates are skilled, dependable, and ready to contribute to diverse construction tasks, ensuring project success from start to finish. Trades Needed Deck installation and repair Fence installation and repair Bathroom remodeling Kitchen remodeling Window installation Landscaping and exterior improvements Asphalt installation and repair Roofing installation and repair Responsibilities Complete assigned construction tasks efficiently and according to project specifications Install, repair, and remodel in various trades including decks, fences, bathrooms, kitchens, windows, landscaping, asphalt, and roofing Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment on-site Collaborate effectively with project managers and other team members to meet project deadlines Utilize appropriate tools and techniques for each trade to ensure quality workmanship Adhere to all relevant building codes and industry standards during project execution Skills Proven experience as a subcontractor or laborer in residential construction or remodeling projects Knowledge of multiple trades such as deck installation, fence repair, bathroom/kitchen remodeling, window installation, landscaping, asphalt work, and roofing Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings is a plus Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality Excellent teamwork and communication skills Ability to operate common construction tools and equipment safely and effectively Physical stamina and strength to perform demanding labor tasks in various weather conditions This position offers an opportunity for skilled professionals to contribute to diverse residential projects while working with a reputable construction team. Pay:
