Role:

Junior Roof Cleaning Technician to work alongside our Lead Technicians, learn the trade, and advance into a Lead Roof Cleaning Technician role as openings become available. You will do the same work as the lead techs. You will gain experience and can move up to lead tech within 1-2 years as new truck builds open up.

Pay:

$4,500 per month with a clear path to $6,000 per month. No roof cleaning experience required. Paid training provided. Pay Structure $4,500 Per Month Your total monthly compensation is $4,500, structured as follows: $4,000 per month Roof and exterior cleaning pay including base pay and performance bonuses. This is a piece pay/pay per job position, not an hourly job. The more you hustle and faster you work, the more money you make! $500 per month vehicle reimbursement. You will be using your vehicle to drive from your house to all the job sites. You will not be given a company vehicle. You will be paid a flat $500 a month stipend which will more than cover the IRS mileage rate of 72.5 cents per mile. The $500 vehicle reimbursement covers all vehicle related expenses including gas, insurance, depreciation, maintenance, repairs, tires, and oil. Other perks of the job! Job Responsibilities You will assist the Lead Roof Cleaning Technician in whatever work is needed, including: Carrying and setting up ladders and hoses Assisting with roof and gutter cleaning, Window cleaning, Siding Softwash, Driveway pressure washing, Gutter guard installation, Dryer vent cleaning, Hydrojetting, Fence and deck softwashing Job site setup, cleanup, and safety support Clear Growth Path We promote from within. 18+ years old Willing to undergo background and drug test Live within 20 minutes of our location. Ability to work on ladders and rooftops safely. This is a flat IRS mileage reimbursement we will pay you that will covers all vehicle related expenses including gas, insurance, depreciation, maintenance, repairs, tires, and oil. Are you okay with the compensation of $4,500, structured as follows: $4,000 per month pay including base pay and performance bonuses. Plus $500 per month vehicle reimbursement. You will be on in line for a $6k a month lead tech position but that could be 1-2 years from now depending on new truck availability. Are you okay with that?
