Pull up, inspect the roof, find what everyone else missed, fix it right the first time, photograph and document the work, then bring the homeowner and the office up to speed before you roll to the next address. What You Bring 5+ years of hands-on roofing experience (preferred) — enough time on roofs that very little surprises you Solid command of residential roofing systems and leak diagnostics Sound judgment in the field without needing to phone in every decision A professional presence with homeowners — on every job, you are Lapota A safety-first habit and a reputation for showing up Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Able to communicate clearly with customers in English Extra credit if you: already own your tools, get a kick out of hunting down a stubborn leak, and take as much pride in the customer conversation as in the repair itself.

One Hard Requirement:
