In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing siding installation projects from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship, adherence to safety standards, and timely completion. You will coordinate with clients, suppliers, and team members to deliver exceptional results on residential properties. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about exterior remodeling, construction safety, and project management to grow their careers in a fast-paced environment. Duties Lead and manage residential siding installation projects, including vinyl, fiber cement, metal siding, and stucco applications. Interpret construction plans, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of siding and exterior wall systems. Conduct site assessments to determine project scope, materials needed, and safety requirements. Ensure all work complies with construction safety regulations such as proper ladder use, harness safety protocols, and OSHA standards. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment effectively while maintaining safety standards. Coordinate with clients and team members to schedule work phases and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle. Oversee the use of heavy lifting equipment and perform quality inspections to guarantee durable installation of siding, roofing (including metal roofing and single-ply membrane roofing), and related exterior finishes. Maintain detailed documentation of project plans, safety procedures, daily logs, and inspection reports. Enforce strict adherence to construction workplace safety regulations during all outdoor work activities. Manage subcontractors or handyman teams performing carpentry (trim carpentry, framing), masonry (concrete forming), plumbing or welding tasks related to exterior renovations. Conduct site cleanup and ensure proper disposal of debris following environmental standards. Experience Proven construction experience with a focus on siding installation or exterior remodeling projects. Strong knowledge of construction estimating processes and blueprint reading skills. Hands-on experience with roofing repair—including metal roofing and single-ply membrane roofing—and stucco applications. Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings such as schematics for various building systems. Practical knowledge of construction safety harnesses, ladder use techniques, heavy lifting procedures, and OSHA workplace safety regulations. Experience working outdoors in varying weather conditions on residential sites is highly desirable. Skills in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, masonry tools, tile laying tools, caulking guns, and carpentry instruments. Ability to read construction plans accurately while coordinating multiple trades such as framing (metal stud framing), restoration work or remodeling projects. Prior experience managing projects as a supervisor or project manager is preferred but not required; leadership qualities are essential for success in this role.
