We are seeking a dependable and experienced Licensed Sheet Metal Mechanic (SM2 or SM1) to join a growing team supporting commercial HVAC and ductwork installations throughout Connecticut. This role is ideal for a licensed professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, jobsite safety, and consistent performance.

Position Responsibilities:

Install, assemble, and repair commercial HVAC ductwork and sheet metal systems Read and interpret blueprints and job specifications Fabricate, modify, and fit sheet metal components as needed Coordinate with other trades to ensure efficient workflow Follow all jobsite safety protocols and OSHA standards Maintain tools, equipment, and accurate job documentation

Qualifications:

Valid Connecticut SM2 or SM1 license (required) 3+ years of commercial sheet metal experience Ability to work independently and within a team environment Familiarity with OSHA safety standards Physically capable of lifting materials and working in varied jobsite conditions Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Pay Range:

$40.00/hr. - $43.00/hr. Based on experience.
