Preferred, Not Required What You'll Do We are hiring Sheetmetal Mechanics to work on Boeing 737, Airbus, and ERJ aircraft at our Millington, TN facility. You'll handle structural repairs, sheet metal fabrication, and installation work. We're interviewing right now. Day-to-Day Repair, fabricate, and install sheet metal on fuselage, wings, and other structural areas Read blueprints, engineering drawings, and structural repair manuals Remove and replace damaged skin panels, ribs, frames, and stringers Drill, rivet, and fasten components per manufacturer specs Inspect your own work for quality and alignment before QC sign-off Keep accurate maintenance records and paperwork Maintain a clean, FOD-free work area What We're Looking For 3+ years of aircraft sheetmetal experience Experience on large commercial aircraft (Boeing 737, Airbus, or ERJ) Comfortable with rivet guns, drill motors, and standard sheetmetal tools Can read aircraft maintenance manuals and structural repair manuals Must pass a background check and drug test Nice to Have FAA A&P Certificate (not required) Boeing 737 structural repair experience MRO facility experience Familiarity with AMOS, TRAX, or similar syste
