Required What You'll Do We are hiring A&P Inspectors to perform inspections on Boeing 737, Airbus, and ERJ aircraft at our Millington, TN facility. You'll be responsible for inspecting maintenance and repair work, verifying compliance with FAA regulations and manufacturer requirements, and ensuring aircraft are safe and airworthy. We're interviewing right now. Day-to-Day Inspect aircraft maintenance, repairs, modifications, and installations for quality and compliance Perform required inspection items (RII) and return-to-service inspections as authorized Review maintenance procedures, aircraft maintenance manuals, engineering orders, and applicable technical data Verify completed work meets FAA regulations, manufacturer specifications, and company procedures Inspect structural, mechanical, electrical, and other aircraft systems as required Review maintenance records, work orders, and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness Identify discrepancies, document findings, and coordinate corrective actions with maintenance personnel Verify proper use of tools, equipment, parts, and approved materials Ensure all inspection and maintenance paperwork is completed accurately and on time Maintain a clean, safe, and FOD-free work environment What We're Looking For 3+ years of aircraft maintenance experience Current FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate Previous aircraft inspection or QC experience Experience on large commercial aircraft (Boeing 737, Airbus, or ERJ) Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, aircraft maintenance manuals, and applicable technical data Ability to read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals, engineering documents, and inspection procedures Strong attention to detail and ability to make accurate inspection decisions Must pass a background check and drug test Nice to Have Previous MRO inspection/QC experience Boeing 737 inspection experience Airbus inspection experience RII or Required Inspection Item experience Familiarity with AMOS, TRAX, or similar maintenance tracking systems Experience with FAA Part 145 repair stations Experience performing conformity, receiving, or final inspections
